Qualifications

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or counseling with two years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor.
• Current certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRCC) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state policies governing rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management supervision to Rehabilitation Counselors and support staff.
• Perform administrative management tasks including casework approvals, budget development, and performance management.
• Foster collaboration with community and partner agencies to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
