Qualificações

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or counseling from an accredited institution with two years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor; or
• Current CRCC certification with two years of rehab counseling experience; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized plans of rehabilitation services for eligible consumers;
• Oversee provision of planned services;
• Provide guidance, counseling, and job placement assistance;
• Develop and maintain networks of service providers, employers, and community resources;
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, caseload management, program and fiscal planning;
• Participate in training and professional development activities;
• Provide casework supervision for non-independent counselors as assigned;
• Provide casework consultation and approval of outcomes to counselors as designated.
