Competenze

• Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or counseling required.
• Two years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor required.
• CRCC certification or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of agency requirements for independent counselor status.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision of Rehabilitation Counselors and staff delivering client services to complete rehabilitation plans.
• Handle administrative management tasks: casework approvals, budget development, performance management.
• Coordinate staff development, training, consultations and action plans.
• Provide and schedule caseload coverage and assist with vacancies.
• Foster relationships with community and partner agencies to enhance employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
