Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral processes to ensure care is well coordinated.
• Assist in developing coverage plans and staffing arrangements.
• Lead training and set-up for new staff; manage access and equipment needs.
• Lead template creation and changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Participate in performance improvement projects and regulatory compliance rounds.
• Manage copay logs and daily deposits for the Practice Manager.
• Oversee supply inventory for front desk and exam areas; notify ordering needs.
• Hold coordinator meetings to assign tasks based on practice needs.
