Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and regulatory teams. You will draft legal documents, manage templates and records, perform research, and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.

You will help advance Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective, advise staff on policy implications, and contribute to CQI activities while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Counsel with drafting legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates, corporate legal records, and perform legal research.
• Prepare correspondence under limited supervision and develop legal memorandums.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on policy implications.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and applicable policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• Files and indexes legal documents; develop processes for contract management.
