Ideal candidates will have a law degree, 5 years of legal experience, and the ability to advise on legal issues affecting Navitus' business objectives while ensuring policy compliance and effective contract management.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with employees.

Responsibilities

• Imparts Navitus values and facilitates CQI integration.
• Understands and applies CQI principles.
• Prepares legal documents, such as memorandums and correspondence.
• Guides new Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Provides legal counsel on business objectives and policies.
