Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and regulatory affairs. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, and conducting research under limited supervision.

You will help shape Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and advise on policy implications while ensuring compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, with drafting legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records; perform records and legal research.
• Prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Impart Navitus and SSM Health values in CQI activities.
• Develop new Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and guide policy implications.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies, ensuring awareness of applicable practices.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes; maintain filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing, filing, and contract management.
