Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.

The role involves drafting legal documents and templates, managing corporate legal records, and performing legal research and correspondence preparation under limited supervision. The candidate will provide counsel to staff on policy implications, help shape Navitus initiatives, and develop processes for filing and contract management.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law preferred in Wisconsin.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Draft legal documents and templates and manage templates.
• Manage corporate legal records and filing systems.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Provide guidance on legal issues to shape the organization’s direction.
• Assist with contract management and indexing processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
