Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and regulatory team. This role focuses on drafting legal documents, managing templates and records, conducting research, and preparing correspondence under limited supervision in a dynamic, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program is required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a legal role.
• Support compliance program objectives.

Responsabilités

• Assist Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.
• Draft legal documents and templates; manage legal records.
• Perform records research and prepare correspondence.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• File and organize legal documents; manage contracts.
