Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. You will draft legal documents, manage templates and records, and perform legal research to inform corporate decisions.

You will also draft memorandums, provide practical legal guidance to staff, and help ensure compliance with applicable laws and Navitus policies while supporting CQI initiatives and contract management activities.

Qualifications

Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
Approximately 5 years of legal experience.
Participate in and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel with drafting legal documents and templates.
Manage document templates and corporate legal records and perform legal research.
Prepare memorandums and correspondence.
Guide Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and advise on policy implications.
Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policy compliance.
Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
Files legal documents and maintains digital and physical filing systems.
Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
