Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team, assisting the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.

The role focuses on drafting legal documents, managing templates and corporate records, conducting records and legal research, and preparing correspondence under limited supervision. The attorney will provide legal counsel to staff on business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable policies and practices, supporting Navitus and CQI

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research.
• Prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business implications.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
