Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory.
• Draft legal documents and templates; manage document templates and corporate records.
• Perform legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Convey Navitus and SSM Health values in CQI activities.
• Provide legal counsel on implications of business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing legal documents and managing contracts.
