Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role focuses on drafting legal documents, maintaining templates, and providing guidance on policy implications.

You will perform legal research and prepare correspondence with limited supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring Navitus staff understand applicable policies, supporting CQI activities, and developing processes for contract filing and

Competenze

Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
5 years of experience working in legal required.
License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Mansioni

Drafts legal documents and templates, manages templates and corporate records.
Provides legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policy implications.
Researches statutes, judicial decisions, and contracts; prepares correspondence.
Develops processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
Informs development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
