Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team and support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role focuses on drafting documents, maintaining templates and records, and conducting legal research under limited supervision.

The attorney will provide counsel on business objectives, ensure policy compliance, and help shape Navitus’ legal strategy across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program required.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Inform the development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policies.
• Research statutes, decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for filing contracts and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned
