Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of medical clerical experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance/payer types.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patient appointments across multiple departments.
• Collect co-pays and payments; manage balances as needed.
• Train new team members and mentor registration staff.
• Troubleshoot complex registration/scheduling issues with leadership.
• Act as liaison between patients, clinical staff, and leadership.
