Job summary

Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY seeks a Registered professional to lead the Office of the Registrar. You will oversee student records, enrollment certifications, degree audits, and compliance with FERPA while guiding a team dedicated to accurate data and efficient registration processes.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree and at least five years in a registrar’s office within higher education, with strong leadership, data reporting and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a registrar's office or related office within higher education.
• Thorough knowledge of FERPA and protecting student educational records.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, professional, and ethical guidelines in enrollment management.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague (preferred) and scheduling/data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Registrar's Office, including budgeting, grading, transfer credits, registration, calendars and course offerings.
• Lead a high‑performing team and ensure compliance, integrity and data security of student records.
• Collaborate with IT and institutional partners to deliver data strategies and support audits and reporting.
