Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 10 years of demonstrated experience in enrollment services considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive experience with Registrar duties and records management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct staff in producing transcripts and maintaining official records for students and courses.
• Oversee student evaluation and course management systems and ensure data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and timely reporting to external entities; produce ad hoc and routine reports.
