Amazon is seeking a Senior Regional Workplace Health and Safety Manager to partner with regional operations, implement WHS policies, and drive continuous improvement for health, safety, and ergonomic risk reduction across facilities.

You will lead a team of safety managers, train leaders, and deliver data-driven safety solutions while aligning with global standards and local regulations. Extensive travel is required to support multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years in safety/environmental programs in manufacturing/ops.
• 7+ years of people and performance management.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME on local and regional regulations and Amazon WHS policy.
• Guide compliance with all Amazon WHS policies.
• Measure regional site performance and plan improvements for deficiencies.
• Maintain WHS recordkeeping and provide accurate safety metrics.
• Deliver projects on time and to spec for Operations.
• Analyze WHS metrics and incident trends to allocate resources.
• Audit WHS practices and Global WHS database entries for compliance.
• Mentor FC WHS Managers and Associates.
