Amazon is seeking a Senior Regional Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to partner with regional operations, execute WHS policies, and ensure compliance with local, regional, and federal regulations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk, build confident cross-functional teams, and mentor WHS professionals across designated regions.

The role requires developing leadership capabilities, communicating organizational direction, and delivering on safety initiatives

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in safety/environmental programs.
• 7+ years leading people and performance in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience implementing lean/process improvements in operations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for local/regional regulations and WHS policy.
• Guide compliance with WHS policies across sites and regions.
• Measure performance and address deficiencies with action plans.
• Analyze WHS metrics and incident trends for resource planning.
• Lead safety teams and mentor regional WHS staff.
• Conduct training and ensure effective WHS tooling and audits.
