Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to partner with the site operations team to execute WHS policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and create a safe, healthful environment for our associates.

As a senior leader, you will build and mentor a team of safety professionals, drive training, and analyze safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive safety/environmental leadership in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience implementing lean and continuous improvement in an operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for local/regional regulations and company WHS policy.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with Amazon safety policies.
• Measure site safety performance and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain safety training, data integrity, and reporting to support initiatives.
• Lead incident trend analysis and allocate resources to high-risk areas.
• Mentor and develop Safety Managers and Safety Associates on site.
• Collaborate with IPS and site leadership to reduce incidents.
