Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior, regional web product leader to own strategy, roadmaps, and performance for our international sites, including Mexico, Canada, and EMEA. You will align with brand, content, product marketing, growth, and web engineering to ensure regional sites reflect local buyer research and buying behavior.

You will drive cross-functional teams, run CRO and personalization experiments, and own SEO and AI-enabled site enhancements across markets, reporting progress to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web product management, digital experience, or web strategy.
• Experience owning regional high-traffic marketing sites.
• Experience with analytics platforms for AB testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for regional websites across multiple markets.
• Define success metrics, targets, and reporting structures for regional leadership.
• Direct cross-functional pods of designers, engineers, content strategists, and regional marketers.
• Build and run an experimentation programme covering CRO, A/B testing, and personalization.
• Partner with content marketing on SEO strategies for each region.
• Identify AI use cases and deploy agents to streamline regional product management.
• Lead launches and site redesigns from concept through post-launch measurement.
• Communicate regional web performance and roadmap progress to leadership.
• Raise capability through mentoring and shared documentation.
