SE Ranking Limited is seeking a Website Lead to own our web properties, lead the in-house team, set the roadmap, and ensure fast, reliable site delivery. This hands-on role combines leadership with technical work and the opportunity to build AI-enabled workflows across our global sites.

You'll collaborate with marketing, content, design, SEO, and country teams, driving prioritised plans that align with business goals and brand needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior website experience across high-traffic marketing sites.
• Hands-on HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to discuss changes with developers.
• Strong technical judgement to assess dependencies and trade-offs.
• Proven delivery experience with roadmaps and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Own web properties end to end with roadmap and success metrics.
• Manage multiple websites and language versions with regional teams.
• Lead the in-house web team, plan sprints and capacity.
• Set priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and SEO across brands.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Drive CRO and measure impact of changes.
