Job summary

daydream is seeking a senior practitioner to own up to 10 client relationships end to end. You decide what gets built on each account and sign off before client delivery, while a production team handles briefs and data.

This role emphasizes strategic judgment, accountability, and autonomy to shape campaigns focused on visibility, conversions, and revenue. Our fully remote setup supports flexible schedules and a focus on impact.

Qualifications

• You've owned organic growth programs for B2B tech companies end to end, agency or in-house.
• You've carried several of them at the same time.
• You hold your own schedule. When one account escalates, you know what to move and what to protect, and you can say no to the client in front of you so the other nine don't pay for it.
• You've been wrong about a strategy, and you know how you found out. Most people who can do this have been at it seven years or more, though we care about the reps rather than the date on your resume.
• You can be the only person on the call.
• You have the confidence to reject a flawed recommendation, even when it is well presented.

Responsibilities

• The plan for each account and the reasoning behind it
• The quality gate on every deliverable
• Growth on your book, e.g., commercial-intent visibility, conversions, and revenue impact
• Commitment dates you set yourself and hold
• Your own schedule and priority order across the book, including the weeks one account is on fire
