Job summary

osapiens is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for the New York geography. You will be the technical face in enterprise deals, collaborating with local AEs to tailor the HUB for regulatory and market realities. Expect on-site engagement, multilingual considerations, and frequent travel to client sites and events.

You will own end-to-end POCs, RFP responses, and complex integrations, including SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, while shaping the regional product roadmap with market insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solution engineering, presales, consulting, or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Fluent English; professional command of the local market language.
• Ownership of complex enterprise deals, including POCs and security reviews.
• Understanding of regulatory landscapes (carbon, product compliance, supply chain).
• Strong technical fluency: REST APIs, SAP, cloud architectures, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Be the SE owner of country enterprise opportunities; tailor value to prospect and secure decision in favor of osapiens.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB aligned to local buying culture and procurement norms.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in local market value drivers.
• Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems relevant to the vertical.
• Own RFPs/RFIs and IT integration topics, including local language responses.
• Represent osapiens at local industry events and partner forums; travel 40–50%.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and roadmap inputs.
• Provide local market insights to Product and provide enablement content for SEs.
