Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage and grow the Pacific Northwest region, working with small to large accounts and coordinating with production and supply chains. You will develop territory plans, analyze market data, and negotiate pricing strategies while building strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and delivering value across volume and margin targets within the Dow sales framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value.
• Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
