Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, support small to medium customers, and engage with large accounts.

You will lead negotiations, design price strategies, and drive sales initiatives across channels. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, analyzing market data, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to meet volume and value targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at/above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and analyze data for decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
