You will tailor solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and collaborate with production and supply chain to forecast demand and drive growth. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, leveraging CRM tools, and communicating effectively across functions to win new business and improve market

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at E5 or Canadian PO2/Sgt or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, deliver volume and value, develop plans with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales strategy and product development.
