Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow the account portfolio and drive strategic sales initiatives.

You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with production, marketing, and supply chain to deliver growth across both volume and value. The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, leading negotiations, and leveraging CRM and analytics tools to inform pricing and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience as described.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship or green card process.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and analyze data for decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
