Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to support regional small to mid-size customers, manage distribution, and collaborate with large accounts. You will generate leads, define territories, assess opportunities, and deliver technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email.

Collaboration with Production and Supply Chain, plus strong sales analytics, price strategy, and market insights will help grow Dow's share while upholding safety and integrity values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
