Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across small to mid-size accounts and manage distribution in the market. The role includes developing opportunities, leading negotiations, and coordinating with Production and Supply Chain to forecast sales.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and execute cross-functional strategies to deliver volume and value, with regional and potentially global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at US E5 level or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
