Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to grow distribution, manage a diverse account base, and lead sales initiatives across regional markets. You’ll build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions via multiple channels.

The role requires strategic sales acumen, data-driven planning, and collaboration with Production and Supply Chain to meet volume and value targets. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
