Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution in the market, with regional scope including large accounts. You will lead sales activities, develop plans, and deliver cross-functional collaboration to meet growth targets.

The role emphasizes generating leads, defining territories, and providing technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email communications. Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
