Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth with small to mid-size customers and manage regional distribution. You will work with large accounts, lead sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels.

This role focuses on building relationships, defining sales territories, forecasting with Production and Supply Chain, and implementing price strategies while collaborating with multiple functions. Relocation assistance is not available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
