Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage distribution and growth for small to medium customers, while engaging with large accounts.

You will lead leads generation, define territories, deliver sales analytics, and provide technical solutions across channels. You will build relationships across customer organizations, coordinate with production and supply chain for forecasts, and execute pricing strategies in alignment with Dow's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
