Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small to medium customers and regional distribution. You will develop leads, define territories, and provide technical solutions while coordinating with production, supply chain, and marketing to meet growth targets.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, leading negotiations, and leveraging CRM and analytics tools to drive volume and value across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
