Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, supporting small to medium customers and managing distribution.

The role involves working with large accounts, overseeing non-selling processes, and building strong relationships with key influencers across multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email. You will develop sales forecasts, lead negotiations, and craft price strategies while collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within the customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans, deliver volume and value; align sales with marketing plans.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decision-making.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
