Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will lead lead generation, define territories, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions through multiple channels.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, coordinating with production and supply chain, and developing pricing strategies in line with Dow’s goals. Travel and regional alignment may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
