Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years of sales, leadership and operational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize growth with key retailers.
• Ability to work with remote teams and travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment, training and development of dealer sales reps.
• Manage P&L, forecast, pricing, and sales reporting.
• Oversee up to 15 direct reports.
• Drive regional sales growth and market share.
• Collaborate with business unit functions for field feedback.
• Ensure compliance with PPC policies.
