Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead a Dealer sales force across a multistate territory, driving revenue growth and market share. You will be responsible for sales and operations for both Dealer and Retail including P&L, cost to serve, and administration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 10+ years' sales, leadership, and operational experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Management experience and leadership of teams required.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize profitable growth with key retailers.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and lead a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment, training and development of dealer sales force; oversee P&L processes.
• Manage region administration: forecasting, pricing, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee up to 15 direct reports for efficiency in sales and operations.
• Lead prospecting and competitive benchmarking in the market.
• Implement standardized operating procedures and best practices.
• Provide field feedback to business units and enforce ethical standards.
