Ideal candidates bring a hunter mentality, CRM experience, and bilingual Spanish skills, with the ability to travel daily and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Coatings or related industry experience a plus.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and achieving territory goals.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Build and maintain customer partnerships to improve retention.
• Create and execute territory sales plans for market coverage.
• Use consultative selling to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Manage pricing, discounts, margins, and territory profitability.
• Track activity, engagement, forecasts, and performance using CRM.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and solutions to drive sales.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to support success.
• Represent the brand professionally in field activities.
