Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager within Global Engineering Services North America Design & Construction. You will autonomously manage complex industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution across the NA region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years in Architect/Engineer/Construction Manager/Development Manager/Owner's PM or related role
• Willingness to travel up to 60% (Nationwide) and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution
• Lead site selection, scope development, and design management for sites meeting Amazon's standards
• Oversee design management end-to-end including evaluations, conformance reviews, and value engineering
• Manage multiple large projects across locations with limited oversight
• Drive decisions to remove blockers and ensure smooth handoffs to Construction Manager
• Mentor and develop other preconstruction managers and contribute to playbooks and best practices
