The role focuses on scope, budget, and schedule definition, effective stakeholder coordination, and risk analysis, with ~60% regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure regulatory compliance and permitting.
• Review site plans, zoning, and building code requirements for projects.
• Independently manage cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design and contract execution.
• Lead site selection, scope development, and design management per Amazon standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent large industrial projects across locations.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and cashflow forecasting; perform conceptual estimating.
• Review contracts and negotiate cost of work with vendors and design consultants.
