Job summary

Essity is seeking a Learning and Leadership Specialist to facilitate leadership development programs and onboarding experiences for North America. You will deliver instructor-led sessions, build engaging learning environments, and manage project logistics with global and regional teams.

This role requires strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills, plus ability to travel up to 75% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, Education, Facilitation, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, presentations, or group discussions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership development programs, onboarding experiences, and virtual learning events for employees and managers across North America.
• Build familiarity with Essity's Learning & Leadership portfolio and enhance the learner experience through effective facilitation and delivery.
• Coordinate program logistics, communications, scheduling, enrollment management, materials preparation, and participant support.
• Lead and support assigned learning and leadership projects, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, employees, facilitators, vendors, and global colleagues to support learning initiatives and build partnerships across functions.
• Support administration of learning technologies, systems, reporting processes, and learning records; monitor training completion and address gaps.
