You will partner with AWS stakeholders to develop regional and site-specific permitting strategies and lead environmental due diligence for siting and development. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multi-media environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance projects with CWA 404 and NPDES.
• 7+ years in environmental due diligence for greenfield and brownfield sites.
• At least 3 years of project or task management in environmental permitting/due diligence.

Responsabilidades

• Assess environmental risks and develop mitigations for data center siting and development.
• Lead technical environmental due diligence: Phase I/II ESAs, permitting, and resource evaluations.
• Deliver environmental permits, approvals, and plans for new data center locations and expansions.
• Communicate environmental requirements, risks, and activities to project partners.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Water, Legal, Risk, Power, and others to optimize site designs.
• Develop site development and permitting strategies that are environmentally responsible and timely.
• Lead regulatory agency interactions and negotiations for permits.
• Develop, manage and track metrics to evaluate project success.
