Qualifications

• 5-7 years as restaurant General Manager in a multi-unit environment.
• Obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager Certification within six months of hire.
• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers by setting goals, expectations on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and safety.
• Develop bench strength and succession planning for all positions.
• Inspire and mentor team members to reach their potential and ensure onboarding is thorough.
• Set staffing levels, recruit using diverse avenues, and ensure memorable first impressions.
• Maintain restaurant image, cleanliness, food quality, and dress code across locations.
• Monitor performance, provide actionable feedback, and create a safe work environment.
• Ensure training compliance and timely completion of required programs.
