Job summary

Paradies Lagardère, a premier dining and hospitality operator, seeks a General Manager for the Starbucks location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and drive profitable operations in a fast-paced airport/dining environment.

The role requires 5-7 years in a full-service restaurant, a Bachelor’s in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent, and Serve Safe Certification within six months.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; practical experience may substitute.
• Serve Safe Food Manager Certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant team to achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and associate engagement while ensuring profitable operations.
• Maintain HACCP compliance, sanitation, and kitchen/dining area standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, reporting, and cost controls to protect assets.
• Develop bench strength for management and hourly staff through coaching and proven leadership.
