Job summary

Operation Homefront in the United States is seeking a Sr. Director, Regional Development to lead donor strategy for the Western region.

You will manage full donor life cycle, set regional revenue goals, and coordinate with corporate, foundation, and individual giving teams to maximize gifts. Reporting to the VP of Field Development, the role requires at least 5 years in nonprofit fundraising and a track record of moving donors to higher levels of giving; travel up to 40% is expected in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or social services programs.
• Experience working with donors and multiple stakeholder groups is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development strategy to meet annual revenue goals.
• Manage full donor lifecycle: identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and renewal.
• Coordinate with corporate, foundation, and individual giving teams to optimize donor gifts.
• Supervise the Regional Development Manager and provide strategic guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
