Job summary

Operation Homefront is seeking a Sr. Director, Regional Development to drive fundraising in the Western US. You will lead regional strategy, manage donor life cycle, and work with cross-functional teams to meet an annual revenue goal of approximately $1.6M.

The role reports to the VP, Field Development, supervising the Regional Development Manager with travel ~40% and requires 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in nonprofit management, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of nonprofit experience with social services programs.
• Experience working with the greater local metro area preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable MVR (annual).
• Criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional development strategy to meet the annual revenue goal.
• Provide full life cycle moves management for regional donors, including upgrades and renewals.
• Coordinate with corporate, foundation, events and individual giving teams to activate and steward donors.
• Supervise the Regional Development Manager and travel as needed.
