• Acquire and deepen profitable business relationships through prospecting and advisory insights.
• Analyze, structure and close complex commercial loan transactions.
• Maintain credit worthiness and manage documentation for applicants.
• Oversee a portfolio of mid-to-large customers with credit exposures up to $25MM.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Support junior colleagues and mentor in credit structuring.
