Job summary

Huntington in Dayton, OH is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV to acquire new profitable business relationships and deepen existing ones. You will deliver insights, structure complex loans, and coordinate with internal partners to provide bank-wide solutions.

The role targets businesses with sales of $2–$50 million, with credits up to $25 million; senior level focused on higher value clients and mentoring junior RM peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience.
• Strong analytical, credit and negotiating skills.
• Direct outside financial sales and business development experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of bank policy, procedures, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice.
• Analyzes, structures and closes profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature.
• Maintains and confirms credit worthiness of customers.
• Gathers, reviews and tracks appropriate documentation from applicants.
• Manages and maintains relationships with a book of existing customers by providing insights and advice.
• Delivers the entire bank to customers.
• Portfolio management including quarterly reviews and loan servicing coordination.
• Represents the bank within the community through boards and functions.
• Collaborates with junior RMs on complex credits.
